Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We advise you to retain your proof of postage when shipped back to us or using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Please send to:

Once we have received the goods and they have been checked thoroughly to make sure they are not damaged or been used and if they are in the same condition , your refund will be issued within 7 working days for only the cost of the goods you've returned. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs.
